Bob Kidnew
Founder of RK Central Construction
Robert (Bob) Kidnew is a seasoned Executive and effectual leader. His passion in business is to find value in everything and bring it to full potential, whether it be developing people to be leaders, guiding businesses to success, or developing people’s dreams into homes.
Bob is educated as a Civil Engineer but quickly moved into Management in the Construction Materials Industry with a focus on Cement, Concrete and Aggregates. Before he left the corporate world, he was a Division President for an S&P500 company which brings a wealth of experience and expertise into this company he started in 2020.
Bob enjoys spending time with his family and especially enjoys loving his grandchildren. Bob also serves several roles in his local church including Music Director.
Rob Kidnew
Design & Project Manager
Rob’s love for construction started at a young age assisting in remodeling homes throughout his life with the guidance of his father. In high school, Rob discovered his love for welding and started his first job in the industry in 2007. His career allowed him to travel and experience working with many industrial facilities.
In 2011, Rob enlisted in the Army National Guard and served in Afghanistan 2015-2016. In total, he served our country for 6 years making the rank of Sergeant.
In 2022, Rob was offered a position with RK Central and was able to dive back into his love for construction alongside his father again. Although he did love his travels, Rob has enjoyed settling down, starting his family, and connecting to his community. In his spare time, he enjoys further servicing his community by volunteering with the local fire department.
Jo-dee Kidnew
Co-Founder and Head of Design Team
Jo-Dee is naturally artistic and has been able to utilize this skillset to help RK Central with interior design efforts as well as making sure the clients’ home design is very functional. She has a very good track record of finding and bringing out hidden value in the real estate market.
Jo-Dee is trained as a nurse that came naturally with her desire to care for others. As her family grew, Jo-Dee focused her attention and abilities in raising her children. During this time, she volunteered at many organizations and assisted with several non-profits including being on their Board of Directors.
Jo-Dee’s main passion is for her family and grandchildren. She also enjoys art, playing the Flute, and being involved in the Music and Women’s Ministry at her church.
Hannah Kidnew
E-Marketing and Social Media
Hannah is our e-marketer and social media manager. She officially joined RK Central in 2023 and has enjoyed growing with the company. She has tried her hand in construction, assisting in the build of her own Barndominium, however, she much prefers to be behind the lens. In addition to her duties with RK Central, she has also been a veterinary technician since 2014 and continues to serve the community by helping as many animals as she can.
Neal Simons
Accountant Manager
Neal has a wide range of finance experience from entrepreneurial closely-held private companies to multi-national Fortune 500 public corporations. Neal brings a strategic mindset and enjoys helping people bring their dreams to life. A native Midwesterner, Neal enjoys cycling, weightlifting, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
